Rusina Frei Architects won the competition to revitalize an abandoned brownfield in Moravska Trebova. The architects decided to go against the planned demolition and cleaned and refined the halls into multifunctional spaces. What used to be a busy textile factory will now enliven as a culture center.

We wanted to capture the genius loci and show the space in use. A concert in the background or exhibition of the design proposal is the detail that makes the difference.

Our team managed to show that refinement is the way to go. Congratulations to Rusina Frei Architects!
