Townhouse Za Papírnou by AXXIOFFICE

AXXI architects proposed a townhouse with courtyard terraces to the recent competition for new public housing. The townhouse and competition are a harbinger of the development of this former brownfield.

The terraces, community spaces, lounges, and rooftop encourage people to meet and create relationships. The final images and sketches we created show how people could get the best out of the space.

We took advantage of the location being 10 minutes away from our studio and took photos of different times and weather conditions to see what would work best.
