A competition proposal by studio perspektiv and Baumshlager Eberle.

This design is a proposal for the Chalupkova Bratislava Architecture & Urban Design Competition held by Penta Real Estate.

The surrounding area has a rich history: an important industrial center that fell into disuse after it suffered from air raids during World War II. Now, this place is ready to be revived. 

This design for residential and commercial high-rise buildings was a continuation of the already existing project aimed to inject life back into this area, bringing modern architecture and vibrancy to this prime location in downtown Bratislava.

Urban sustainability and the environment were a big focus of this competition, and the visualizations we made reflect that. The buildings are wreathed in lush greenery, and the public spaces are brimming with life.
