Residential Art Nouveau building Norská for Lexxus Norton

A fascinating collaboration with Lexxus Norton took us to the Art Nouveau building in the heart of Prague’s favourite neighbourhood. Renovating historic buildings means working with 2D materials – for us that means detailed 3D modelling.

But this time we had the chance to get our hands dirty – our team visited the construction site to familiarise ourselves with the space and take lots of photos of all the historic decorations

We also designed the interiors to give future residents an idea of what kind of home they could have here. When we added the new elements and furniture, we respected the historical elements, such as the 100-year-old sliding doors.
