Extraordinary development housing Lihovar by Trigema was the largest project for us last year. Designed by Black n ‘Arch studio, the buildings are modern, yet they show the genius loci of the former distillery.

The bold vision of shifting mere residential space into a place where you can truly be yourself inspired us to push the architecture aside. Fully trusted by Trigema, we chose all the cameras and atmosphere to show what life in Lihovar will look like. Fog, rain, overcast- atypical features in development presentation that helped to portray the unseen residential complex for creative and independent people.

The hyper-realism that the monolot team creates is incredible. They took our brief, added their professional opinion, and together we developed provocative and, at first, indefinite ideas into a comprehensive concept. We will be delighted to continue this fantastic cooperation.
