There are development projects that stand out at first glance. City Villas are future boutique homes designed by Ivan Kroupa Architects with interiors by Plus One Architects. Their location, high standards, and amazing architecture created a great starting point for us to create an extensive set of sketches. We cannot find the right words to describe the amount of creativity and inspiration we felt.
From over 60 sketches, we refined the details, atmosphere, and lighting with 26 final images. The final set is a unique mix of interesting exteriors and interiors, overview, and detail shots.
After four months of work, we can say that we couldn’t have wished for a better start to our new collaboration. We love developers who take on unconventional projects.
