A family home by DMNK

This project started with a sketch, drawn by hand, and a vision of a unique brick facade. 

The result is this stunning family home in a quiet part of the Dejvice neighborhood of Prague. 

Evening light and a muted autumnal atmosphere help paint a picture of a family abode that combines bold design with discreet street presence.

In addition to the final images, we produced several sketches that capture the details of the building from different angles, focusing on its most interesting shapes. 

Static images don’t always paint a full picture. When we went out to take photographs of the location, we got inspired. The slice-of-life animation helps you see that the house isn’t simply a building — but somebody’s home.
