Daniela followed her passion for psychology, and it led her to HR. She enjoys the topics of sociology, leadership, and self-development. At monolot, Daniela helps us to stay passionate about our work. 

Daniela is probably the only human that doesn’t like ice cream. She loves the humor of the IT Crowd, and in her free time, she mentors young HR specialists, volunteers at hospitals, and programs in Python.
