Modern architecture meets tradition amidst the splendor of the misty Jizera Mountains.

In this project, a luxurious apartment building now stands where a historical People’s House once stood.

The development consists of two residential buildings and two chalets, combining living spaces, retail, and wellness.

Distinctive masonry and woodwork of the region is reinterpreted with modern technology: solid concrete plinths, dark wooden paneling, and inlaid gables pay homage to rich local culture.

In our visualizations, we focused on how history and heritage are reflected in the project and, of course, on the timeless beauty of the surrounding nature.
